30 Day Gluten free Weight Loss challenge no alcohol(24/10/2016 – 24/11/2016)

Aim

I am starting this challenge to improve my health and Wellbeing and to see what results I can achieve. I will eat clean for 30 days and I will follow a daily exercise routine involving early and late night stretching. Whilst the first 30 days will have no alcohol it is not that I will be giving up alcohol. Whilst this is documenting this challenge I will also be making other changes in my personal life and Business life to make me a happier person.

Starting Weight: 12st 6.5

Exercise Routine:

Daily: 30 Min Run

Over 12,500 steps

20 min HIIT Workout (non-weights days)

100 crunches (non weight days)

Weight Split

Chest/Biceps/Abs

Back/Triceps

Legs/Shoulders (No Heavy Squats)

 

Reason

I am 40 and have led a unhealthy lifestyle for a long time now and I want to get to a stage where I am healthy and happy. I want to explore being a vegan and wont rush in but will cut out Gluten and animal products until evening meal which I will have lean meat or fish. I have an obsession with Sugar and I am going cold turkey and cutting out totally for the next 30 days.
