Well day one done and dusted and not to bad in terms of meeting my goals, However the increase in fruit has not went down well neither did the Gluten Free Porridge.
I will be adjusting my diet throughout the 30 days in the hope that by the end I have lost weight gained energy and a diet I can maintain and build on to get the Physique I want.
This isn’t just about diet during this time I will be making changes in my Business life and prioritising more and looking to build a business for the future. Up until now things have always been about quick wins but now my goals are higher. Basically I want to build a business that deals with all round business issues. I will go into more in the blog but this 30 days is about changing diet.
Today I struggled with less protein but feel slightly more energised, tomorrow I will revert back to normal Porridge but keep calories low without counting, as I need to lose that obsessive way about myself and focus on the things I need to be. I will continue with no dairy (apart from some cheese I had today) but will continue to try cut out dairy. I will also be taking a lower fat approach and cutting down on Fruit. Tomorrow I will document what I ate and do a check weight on her on Wednesday.
This is also the 3rd day I have not gambled which is a big thing for me as I have had serious issues with this. But realise should I want to meet my goals it needs to go.
So Goals for tomorrow and re adjusted goals.
30 Mins Cardio
Legs and Shoulder Workout
Work a solid 4 hours on Tasks
stretch at least twice
Maintain low fat lower calories.
No Dairy
Wake up at 6 (New lasting goal)
